  1. Warranty Period
  1.1 1 year warranty for product from the date of purchase for labour, transportation & parts.
  1.2 3 months warranty for accessories from the date of purchase.

  1.3 The warranty excludes cosmetic items such as fabrics, woods, foam, pads, plastics, upholsteries, or any exterior coverings.
  2. The warranty only covers products purchased and used within the country.
  3. Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or purchase receipt and phone number) must be presented for warranty verification and every time when request service or repair.
  4. The warranty card will void if the product has been modified or repaired by non-authorize of OSIM.
  5. The following are not covered under this warranty.
  5.1 Natural disaster or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.
  5.2 Damage resulting from accidents, wrong method use, carelessness or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
  5.3 Deterioration or waste due to lack of care such as rust, corrosion or faded because of chemical or place it in a disrespectful way and defects caused by insects or animals.
  6. The warranty excludes the damage as a result of normal wear and tear.
  7. This warranty excludes damages due to shipping and handling.
  8. OSIM is not responsible in any way for losses, damages or inconvenience caused by equipment failure.
  9. The warranty does not apply if the serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
  10. The warranty excludes any damages resulting from: improper installation (unless installation completed by OSIM), unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of power supply, dropped product, failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, moving the product, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or any exposure to weather conditions).
