Can I book the product?
Invoices can be booked for (90 days) only from the date of purchase and can be extended once for a maximum period (15 days), after which an amount of money for the reservation is calculated, estimated at 5 of the total bill value for each delay month.
Can the products be recovered?
The goods can be retrieved in only 3 days with the original invoice.
Returning electrical appliances
The customer is not entitled to return or replace any electrical appliances, wooden furniture, and beds after installation unless there is a factory defect and can be returned within 24 hours if not installed and in the original packaging.
